I'm not quite ready to do an end of year wrap blog just yet but I am ready to say, as I always am, thank you to everyone who has supported us over the year.

We've had a great year at The Grinning Frog and that's because of all our wonderful supporters and customers -- whether on Gamefound, Kickstarter or the webstore.

We want to give back, and we have two fun things coming your way - including a completely free game -- let's start with that!

Snowman Run! is a free print and play party game where you race snowmen around the table and try to be the first across the finishing line. With rules only a half page long, this is fast and easy to play. (It started life as a game I designed for a family gathering over Thanksgiving and I developed it, and tidied up the file, so that everyone could enjoy it.)

I can attest to it being a lot of fun, as you have such options as the ability to steal cards from other players, block the path with snow barriers, or even be forced to let other people take your turn for you!

It will be completely free and available from the webstore from Christmas day for twelve days only!

And then, at a special holiday price of £8, we have a very special Zilight supplement...

Yes, we've done it - we have a Zilight Christmas for you to enjoy!

Again, this will only be available for twelve days, after which you'll have to wait until next year!

Zilight Christmas is compatible with any of the previously published Zilight rule sets as it uses the core rules. It has been in the works for a long time and is an absolute blast to play.

A PDF release, you will be able to play it immediately on purchase from when it releases on Christmas Day.

Our intention is to run a special Twelve Days of Christmas event, each year, with something exclusive, and something free. This is the first year of the event so I hope you will join in and enjoy the games.

We haven't talked about the headline image at the top of this blog. We are currently running a subscription campaign on Kickstarter for The Oracle. This lets you back, at a discount, all six issues that will be released in 2026. Backers get other benefits as well.
